Standard Policy

 

Please read the following policies before booking and use the contact form below if you have

any questions.

Deposit

All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file. When booking

clients are required to pay a nonrefundable $25 deposit to hold the appointment slot. The deposit will be captured within 24 hours of you booking the appointment. If the card on file declines, you will not be able to keep the slot.

Booking

All clients are required to book online and complete the pre-service waiver (more information about the waiver is down below). The waivers are protection for myself and for you. The waivers are to make sure you are informed on everything you need to know about lashes and to let you know that you can trust me. There is a mandatory deposit of $25.00 when booking. The $25.00 deposit will go towards the total amount of your service. For example, if you are booking a full set and your total for the service is $140.00, on the day of your service you will only be required to pay $115.00 because you already paid the $25. The remainder of the service should be paid in cash. Zelle is also acceptable anything else will require an additional fee.

Appointment Arrival

The front door to my studio is always locked for safety so I recommend you try to be about 5 minutes early or come just in time. The reason being is so you aren't standing outside for a long period of time waiting to be let in. Please Text me or Direct Message me letting me know you have arrived and I will come out to greet you and let you into the building ASAP.

The building is located directly across from the parking lot of Samuel Merritt University.

There is meter parking and regular street parking available. I recommend giving yourself an additional 15 minutes to find parking just in case.

Aftercare Supplies

 I give a free aftercare bag after your first full set. In the future if you need a replenishment on aftercare supplies I do charge $25 for another bag or $35 for a 50ml lash shampoo & cleansing brush combo.

With all brow lamination services, a tube of conditioner is provided to maintain the lamination. Mini Fans, Squeeze bottles, Undereye, and Lip Mask are available.

Aftercare supplies is also available via the shop tab as well.

Requirements for Fills

In order for your set to be considered a Fill you must have 40 percent of your lashes on both eyes

If not, you will be charged for a full set. I do ask that you let me know a day before if you know that 

you are  going to need a full set. 

Since full sets take longer than the scheduled fill time I may not be able to get your lashes as full as you would like. In that case 

you will have the option to reschedule.

 

Outside Hours & Squeeze In's

Bookings outside of regular business hours will be charged an additional $40.  Squeeze In's are $40 and can be scheduled by text. Please text your name, the service, and the time that you are requesting to book.

Foreign Fills

Foreign Fills are only allowed for Classic, Hybrid, and Light Volume sets. If you do not have 40-50 percent of your lashes, you will be charged for a full set. There is an additional $30.00 charge on top of the standard fill price for the inconvenience. Foreign fills are not a guarantee, if your lashes aren't clean or weren't applied correctly, you will have to get a removal and full set. Removals can take up to 30 minutes and a full set can take between an hour and a half to two hours. If my schedule does not permit me the time to preform those services, you will have to reschedule. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 On the day of your appointment, please be respectful of my time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will cancel your appointment. No exceptions. If you know that you won't be able to make it please cancel 24 hours ahead of time. All deposits are nonrefundable. Any cancellations that were not made within 24 hours will be charged an additional $50.00 (this includes no call no shows).  When canceling you can either text me or direct message me via Instagram @Anairetwin. I understand that life happens and things come up.  I will try to be flexible for all of my clients if there is an emergency. All that I ask is for you to communicate with me properly. I am very understanding and easy going so I take respect and communication very seriously. If you have any questions or concerns please use the contact form at the bottom of this page.  Expect a response from me within 48 hours.

 

All no shows will be charged an additional $50.00

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS after you receive any services. 

 

Please do not bring any children or additional guest. If there is an emergency please notify me ahead of time and I will let you know if I will be able to accommodate you or not.
Also, if you have any allergies please inform me of them before coming in or at the beginning of your service.

 

The Pre-service waiver is available on the site. You're welcome to print & sign it before your appointment, but it is not mandatory. I have printed copies on hand. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you need me to clarify anything.

Once you sign the Pre-service waiver it will be saved in your file, you wont have to sign it again.
