Training Course Enrollment Policy

To ensure that our lash training courses meet your needs and that you’re fully prepared, all students are required to book a discovery call before enrolling in any class with Anairè Twin LLC. This call allows us to discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that you are enrolling in the course best suited to your experience level and career aspirations.

Kit Requirement
To participate in any of our training courses, you must have a fully loaded lash training kit from Anairè Twin LLC. You have the option to purchase this kit prior to your class, ensuring that you have all the necessary tools and materials to succeed. If you do not already own an Anairè Twin kit, it will need to be purchased as part of your course enrollment.

This policy ensures that all students are working with the highest quality products and are fully equipped to get the most out of their training experience.

• One-Day Courses: If you are purchasing the fully loaded training kit separately from the course, it must be purchased at least two weeks prior to the class date. Failure to do so will result in the need to reschedule your class to the next available date.

• Three-Day Courses: The fully loaded training kit cannot be purchased separately. It is included in the course enrollment and is mandatory for participation. If you do not have the kit, your class date will be terminated, and we will reach out to you to reschedule for the next available course.

Financing Policy

At Anairè Twin LLC, we understand that investing in your education and career is a significant commitment. To make our training courses more accessible, we offer financing options for those who qualify.

Financing Availability

• Financing Options: Financing is available to help you manage the cost of your course. Once you have enrolled in a course, a link with the financing options will be sent to you for your convenience.

• Application Process: You will be required to complete the financing application through the provided link. Approval is subject to the terms and conditions set by the financing provider.

• Enrollment Confirmation: Your enrollment in the course will be confirmed once your financing application is approved and the necessary arrangements are finalized.

Please note that all students who choose to finance their course must complete the financing process before the course start date to secure their spot. We are here to support you every step of the way and look forward to helping you advance in your lash career with Anairè Twin LLC!

Training Course Cancellation Policy

• One-Day Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class date.

• Three-Day Courses: Cancellations must be made at least one week (7 days) before the course start date.

Please note that the class deposit is nonrefundable. If you have paid for the course in full and need to cancel, you will be required to re-enroll for the next available class date. Group Classes may be held once a month, and One-on-One classes may be offered twice a month. (The occurrence of classes monthly is subject to change with proper notice)

Training Course Waiver & Release of Liability

Signing the waiver for our training course is not just a formality; it’s an essential step to ensure your safety and clarity throughout your learning experience. This document outlines the potential risks involved in hands-on lash training and confirms that you understand and accept these risks. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge your responsibility for following all instructions and safety protocols, which helps us maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students. Additionally, it protects both you and Anairè Twin LLC, ensuring that all parties are on the same page regarding the expectations and responsibilities involved. Your well-being is our top priority, and signing the waiver is a crucial part of safeguarding it.

Refund and Termination of Enrollment Policy

At Anairè Twin LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality training experience. To ensure a smooth process for all our students, please review the following refund and termination of enrollment policies carefully:

Refund Policy

• Deposits: All deposits for our training courses are nonrefundable. This policy applies to both one-day and three-day courses.

• Full Payment: If you choose to pay the full course amount upfront, please note that you are not entitled to a refund. However, you may receive a credit for the full cash value of your payment, which can be applied to a future course or service offered by Anairè Twin LLC.

• If you are choosing to take the financing option, you will not be required to pay a separate deposit.

Termination of Enrollment

• If you do not meet the kit purchase requirement as outlined above, your enrollment will be terminated for the scheduled class date. We will contact you to reschedule your course to the next available date.

• Rescheduling: In the event of termination due to non-compliance with the kit policy, we will work with you to find a suitable future class date. However, no refunds will be issued, and rescheduling will be subject to availability.
